Recap

(It took over a year to gather all this information, two trips to the unions resort for the elite at Port elgin and many interviews with members and here is what YOU should know about CAW)

I came to Canada in 2008 to sell my house, fetch my son from school, attend a wedding.
Meeting with old friends from Unions for drinks, (at a strip bar -Union guys always know the best strip joints) we were talking about non-whites with foreign qualifications who are doing lowpay jobs.

One guy said, really it is Unions that discriminate. Professional associations and unions are the ones keeping people from good jobs.

CAW itself had preferential hiring that kept a lot of non-whites from good Auto-jobs.
Auto co's said, Oh! Shit!! We have to hire these non-whites because they are not buying our cars/trucks.

Then one guy told us that there is one case that is happening now in Brampton. My friends were repeatedly urged to check the blog Nepotistan by then President Vince Baileys Lackey.

They looked, saw the blog was all satire, comedy....really you should read it. It is very funny and informative.
This Lackey said contact the Local, check with the Local, Nepotistan is about Local 1285's history and when my friends did that, Leon Rideout then the first VP, wrote back to them and said many mean, malicious things about Mr. Heaton. 3 emails later he wanted to know "who" my friends were-Until then he freely trashed Mr. Heaton to strangers he did not know.
The Lackey also told us that Nepotistan was a blow-by-blow record of what went on against Mr. Heaton through the years.
When questioned by my friends at the Labour Day parade in 2007 both Vince Bailey and Paulo Ribeiro said that actually Nepotistan is all about the National unions head office. Whichever, many people we spoke with since made similar comments, but many also said it was all about Local 1285.

Nepotistan is the result of Vince Baileys, Paulo Ribieros and Leon Rideouts campaign against Mr. Heaton when his Mother passed away. Mr. Heaton had asked questions about a "time-in-lieu slush fund, used to reward friends on the elections committee. Hmm. This time-in-lieu slush fund later turned into a MILLION dollar cost overrun on their new Union hall, or so many of their stunned members were led to believe. They felt with Mr. Heaton distracted by his dear Mothers death, he would be an easy target. They miscalculated and ended up with Nepotistan.

My friends were very offended. Insulted. ANGRY!
As non-whites, trashing and backstabbing Mr. Heaton was being out-sourced to them. These guys in 1285 wanted my friends to do their dirty work.
I wondered why, so I said, lets meet this Lackey. They set up the meeting and we all threatened to expose this Lackey, unless he tells us all he knows. For a couple of gin and tonics and the occasional lap-dance this Lackey told us so much we cannot put everything here, we may have to start a couple of other blogs.

Here is what we learned from talking first to the Lackey, then to other angry and pissed off people we met from this local and other Locals.
Vince Bailey was very afraid that Mr. Heaton would become President of the Local so he used the rednecks on the Chrysler committee to discredit and destroy Mr. Heaton politically. Vince, the contacts tell us, is a master manipulator, a true con-man, he was able to get the rednecks on the Chrysler committee to dance to his tune. Still he controls many at Chrysler. The Lackey was promised to be Mr. Heatons replacement and did many many things that was supposed to make Mr. Heaton look bad and discredit him, because by now he was working at their National unions head office and was being looked at for further promotion.

One thing this Lackey told us, we were shocked. To prove his loyalty, Lackey was made to call the local when a Vice-Presidents son died. This Lackey pretended to be Mr. Heaton and said vicious things about this poor VPs dead son. When Mr. Heaton heard about this he said, Lets call the police and they can analyze the voice. The voice-mail suddenly disappeared.

Another one fearful and very very jealous of Mr. Heaton was the EFAP Rep. Willy Fulton. He too manipulated the Chrysler Committee to discredit Mr. Heaton. Rednecks on the committee (Leon is one of the last ones left) took up the cause and spread rumours about Mr. Heaton, fixed elections using their Republican vote-counting machine (recounts on this machine always produced different results, sometimes hugely different results and today is responsible for different results in another plant in this local) and their pal, the election committees Chairman (son of a union official). Yes! No joke! For a long time their elections Chairman was this guy, son of a union official, who was eventually forced to resign after many disputed election results.

We discovered that this fellow Willy went much further and tried to discredit Mr. Heaton outside of work, in the community. In CAW non-whites WILL NOT be allowed to do well, in the union or out of it. We will not say much about this because it involves the criminal justice system. Willy worked hard and prevented Mr. Heaton from being used as a volunteer in the community. This exposes how whites from different unions collaborate to go after guys like Mr. Heaton. It became a sport within the Chrysler committee, with reps trying to outdo each other in trashing Mr. Heaton and people got ahead in this Local by saying nasty things about Mr. Heaton. Non-whites we spoke with said that they had to say and do nasty things to Mr. Heaton to get ahead themselves. Another guy (X-son-in-law of a union official) got promoted because he compiled a DVD that erased Mr. Heatons history within Local 1285. Don't take our word for it. Ask for a copy of the DVD to view yourself.

This trend infected the national office via one Raj Dhaliwal who worked very hard against Mr. Heaton. Recently (according to our now highly jealous and much more talkative Lackey) a non-white in the National office, one Jenny Ahn, (spouse of another Union boss) got promoted to a Directorship, by refusing to allow Mr. Heaton to teach Human Rights courses. The Lackey boasted about this when Mr. Heaton was trained for this course quite a while ago and he was correct when he said, "They can train him, but Jenny will see to it he never teaches it". We will write more about her in the new blog about Union Royalty.

One in Local 1285 who profitted hugely is a guy by name of Paulo Ribeiro. Paulo was helped by Mr. Heaton numerous times we are told and Paulos way of thanking Mr. Heaton was to accuse him of blackmail, (HUH?) a charge that came up and was repeated in every election Mr. Heaton ran in since. Paulo is on staff of this union now and non-whites who are represented by him should beware!!

SO! What did Mr. Heaton do? Did he commit crimes against Unioism? Is he a very bad guy? Is he a criminal? He MUST have done something really, really bad!! We were curious about how bad a guy is he? That this kind of effort is used over and over again? So many people and so many Staff Reps were involved in taking him down, he must have done something very very bad.......right?

Nobody we spoke with could/would say anything bad and many spoke of Mr. Heaton with much respect, but there were some curious comments that Mr. Heaton was a trouble maker. Whisper, whisper, he is a troublemaker! Vince Bailey is the chief Heaton Whisperer, but he claims he had to do it or the Chrysler boys would abandon him as President of the local.

What kind of trouble-maker? No specifics, but this is what Leon and his pals consider troublemaking if you can believe it.

1) Mr. Heaton as one of 3 Trustee's required that one executive return money that was mis-spent. The one who had to repay the money was from Newfoundland, as Leon Rideout is, thats why Leon hates Mr. Heaton so much. We are told the reaction was a pure KKK reaction, like it must have been 100 years ago, only they did not wear their white hoods! The white leaders went so insane that they decided Mr. Heaton and another man Danny Robinson (A Black man) HAD to be punished. That was when Mr. Heaton was taken out via the now infamous Continuous Election Process, which is when members vote continuously until the proper Union leaders son is S-elected. After that he faced the whisper campaign every time he ran in a election. Danny Robinson was taken out in what many people including Danny himself consider a fixed election and replaced by a guy who would do whatever Leon and his pals wanted, which meant, never file a Human Rights complaint.




(That was in 1999....in 2009 Leon is still trying to punish Mr. Heaton for actions taken as one of 3 Trustees.)




2) Mr. Heaton at an Executive Board meeting spoke in favour of allowing Sikh veterans to wear their turbans into Legions. The whole Executive board passed this motion, but Mr. Heaton was singled out for punishment. The chief of the Brampton Legion at the time was from Chrysler and he was enraged.

(We must admit-These guys in 1285 are good at finding traitors/low-lifes! They searched and searched and eventually Vince Bailey found a guy by name of Raj Dhaliwal (Human Rights Director if you can believe this) to help destroy Mr. Heatons Union career. In his first action as Human Rights Director, he did this by lying about an election he (Dhaliwal) lost. NOW-today-a turban wearing Sikh named Jaspal Brar is helping to prevent Mr. Heaton from becoming the EFAP Rep. by covering up for Leon and the rednecks. Jaspal is following the tradition of screwing Mr. Heaton to get ahead himself. We hear the national office is filled with Yes-men!)

The main feeling was that Mr. Heaton advanced through the ranks very fast. The way one guy put it, Mr. Heatons star shone too brightly-too fast. What started as simple jealousy, soon degenerated to racism. The main lesson we learned is non-whites who are good at what they do will never ever be allowed to hold their jobs/positions for very long. It makes these white reps very insecure. Unfortunately Mr. Heaton was very very good at everything he was assigned.


They are saying the past and current National Presidents of the union favoured Mr. Heaton because of his talents/activities and wanted to put him on the staff of the Union. A clique within the staff Union, encouraged by Vince Bailey and Leon Rideout, including one Tom Dattilo (He blamed Mr. Heaton because a black man got elected Labour Council President) and another fellow called Ken Luckhardt (He felt he should be able to choose non-white leadership) and others wanted a buffoon on staff and felt Mr. Heaton was uppity! One can feel superior to a buffoon, not so with a guy like Heaton or any of the others who were purged.

Seriously! Can you be a buffoon? If you are a non-white-Can YOU act like this? Wouldn't you find it demeaning?



Unbelievable! YOU MUST READ THIS PART!!

Mr. Heaton was traded! YES! Thats right! He was traded! Leon and his pals offered a black woman in lieu of Mr. Heaton and caused so much trouble, that then National President Buzz Hargrove appointed this black woman to the union staff and sent Mr. Heaton packing, back to the factory he came from. This woman and another guy (son of a union official) who were used to replace Mr. Heaton were good people, but so useless that they embarassed the union and a lot of other people and were classified as Duds. Thats why we named this blog,"No Dues for Duds". Shifting the blame, according to Vince Bailey, Paulo Ribeiro and others, the Nationals head office is filled with many such Duds, relatives of various union reps.
But Leon and Vince Bailey were not satisfied. They had to punish Mr. Heaton for getting ahead. They felt the job was not finished because no matter how hard they tried to suppress Mr. Heaton he always bounced back. Leon especially felt that Mr. Heaton was not punished enough and wanted him removed from not just Union positions but also from anything he did in his community.

So! They got this Lackey to try and recruit us to do their dirty work. CAW has enough Uncle Toms to screw people like Mr. Heaton, why go outside their Union to screw their members?

WHY WOULD THEY THINK MY FRIENDS ARE SCUMBAGS LIKE THEIR OWN MEMBERS?

Under the system created by Raj Dhaliwal and Vince Bailey, many, many respected non-white leaders were purged from the Unions leadership ranks and non-white representation was dumbed down. Dhaliwal in particular infected the national union with his own kind, ready willing and able to screw not just guys like Mr. Heaton, but also YOU the average CAW member, white or not. These people are active to this day, protecting their own mediocrity by denying YOU your rights.

Only problem was they could not keep Mr. Heaton down because unlike many others who GOT BITTER -and just gave up, he is still around. This is the guy my friends were supposed to trash.

Which leads us to today!
You the reader can be the judge. It is not an opinion. It is not an analysis! It is a fact.

Local 1285's vendetta against Mr. Heaton continues to this day. Even when their Union was begging the government for bailout loans for their industry, when the Auto companies were asking 1285 members for concessions, Leon and his pals were taking revenge on Mr. Heaton, via this position of EFAP rep. Fuck one guy and screw the whole membership, maybe even give the company a bad name for employing people like Leon and his cronies in the Chrysler committee.

We found out about this EFAP mess via an associate in the Chamber of Commerce, who witnessed a confrontation between Mr. Heaton and another member from Local 1285. That member was mad as hell and Mr. Heaton just walked away. My associate stuck around, asked the man what he was so angry about and this is what got revealed in the conversation with that member ;
Seems the job of EFAP Rep was posted at the factory and here are the results;


White guy----------3 years experience......maybe.

Mr. Heaton.............18 years experience.
White guy gets the job.

White guy quits because of a death in his family, but is pressured to stay on by Leon Rideout and Terry Browne, so they could put the Womans Advocate in the job to give her a claim as we revealed and predicted on April 13 of this year.

Job is posted..... due date for submitting resumes is when Chrysler members are on lay-off. Facing opposition, accusations of a fix, (which happened anyway) Leon and Terry extended the due date to a week after people returned from their lay-off. Here are the results;

Mr. Heaton................18 years experience.

Womans Advocate......6 months on the job experience.

Womans Advocate-who never applied for the original job posting-is given the job.

This is a clear and blatant case of pure racism-But there is NOTHING Mr. Heaton can do about it. Jaspal Brar and Raj Dhaliwals pals at their national office will cover-up for their white cronies. Fortunately with Leons record, Mr. Heaton can use an outside lawyer to win redress.

The message to Local 1285's members is simple. If you or a family member gets into trouble from drugs, alcohol or any other life challenge, if you are suffering, if you are sick, desperate, if you need help...too fucking bad!
It is more important to screw one guy. You will get political representation-not-qualified representation. Another person put it this way. In 1285 it is, CAW dues-Chicken shit representation.

Employers.
We have studied CAW's system of hiring. We can show you which particular non-whites to hire, so you NEVER face a Human Rights charge. Why go through Human Rights hell, when you can "Hire like a Union"?

CAW members.

You are automatically junior to any union officials relative. They want YOUR job-They WILL get it. Union reps and their relatives enjoy privileges you never will. Precedent is set on guys like Mr. Heaton. Past practice they call it.

Non-white CAW members; Whites are automatically more qualified than you, regardless of your aptitude, qualifications or seniority. If you are good at what you do-Its a career death sentence.
If you ever, ever say anything positive about Mr. Heaton it is a career death sentence to be carried out immediately!


For people who want to join a Union.
Why join CAW? They have a system of Employment Equity Reps and Womans Advocates and Human Rights committee members to give the appearance of equality, but who collaborate with each other to deny YOU your rights. Labour Board will not touch you or help you if you belong to a union. You are automatically junior to White CAW members, definitely junior to relatives of union officials.

Someone like Leon or Vince could happen in your own location-CAW's weak Constitution allows them to get away with it. Other Unions can put a Local into Trusteeship if things get this bad. Not so at the CAW.

Why pay Union dues AND suffer racism, discrimination or worse?

They do get away with racism against a prominent guy like Mr. Heaton, for no valid reason!
