Presidents and Chairmen in the CAW have raw awesome power and they use it ruthlessly and arrogantly. They rule by fiat. To rule by fiat is to rule by decree, to bypass ordinary operating rules and to rule by executive order. This means they ignore committees and executive boards and do whatever they want with no consequence for their actions. None whatsoever. They decide who will be appointed to whatever position and their committees and membership have no choice but go along with them. They selected a woman with over 500% less qualification than Mr. Heaton and not a whisper of dissent. 500% less qualifications. Imagine that!

CEO's of corporations have no such power. Owners of businesses have no such power. CEO's and owners have to comply with Human Rights laws. Not CAW bosses.
Look at the case we have revealed here. Mr. Heaton is no ordinary unionist. Wel thought of, with the support of many higher-ups, he is still subject to this raw awesome power and there is NOTHING he can do about this raw arrogant racism. CAW has perfected a system we call Uniongenics. They select Proxy Racists who will provide racism on demand. Raj Dhaliwals appointees stand on guard for the racists at head office, so even if Mr. Heaton makes it past the Proxy Racists in his own local, Dhaliwals allies are the next line of defense.
Leon Rideout and Terry Browne are not exceptions. CAW is full of guys like them. Old time CAW bosses right throughout. Complain and the Proxy Racists will trot out and destroy your reputation maybe even get you fired from your job. Some say give this new President a chance. Why? It will take 15-20 years to get rid of the people the last President put in, the yes men and Raj Dhaliwals allies.
Stay with your own Union, join another one, but never, never join this one, the CAW.
