To Whom it may concern;

Mr Heaton was informed today by the Employment Equity representative at the Brampton assembly plant that the EAP appointment was done in a fair and equitable manner and he can appeal the decision to the appointment selection committee. Michael Heaton was also instructed that he must Exhaust all local and National resource's first before he can processed any where else with his complaint.

This email is proof what we have been saying, that CAW has non-whites specially trained to cover-up the racism of whites.
This guy is Employment Equity Rep, Human Rights chairman and this email is proof that he is what is called Proxy Racist.
Mr. Heaton was denied Employee/Family Assiatance job even though he was most qualified applicant. Job was given to a white woman Phyllis Foster, who did not even have to submit a resume, but still this Employment Equity Rep said in writing that the appointment was done in a "fair and equitable" way.
Proxy Racists-Do you really want to join this Union?
