When Leon and his losers fixed the election and took Micheal Heaton down, they called up everyone in the head office to get him removed, before they got able to get Dhaliwal and staff union to remove him, first only they called everybody and said 'we dis-elected him, send him back to work.
People then met Mr. Heatons replacement and said.....Uh! No! This boy is an idiot and you guys are acting like racists. This means there is a minority of good people in this union.
Oh! NO! Said the Vice-Presidents and Leon and the boys. What can we do?
They decided to show everyone they were not racists and appointed people who still give them lots of trouble.
Also! They found a white guy they hated, Maurice Kenny and for the next years they harassed this man. Maurice is not a heavy drinker which is good reason to destroy him.
Leon had a internal goon squad working on Mr. Kenny, they destroyed his property which was union property. In India they cannot do this because union members are protected by the Constitution.
Everyone was involved. Paulo Ribeiro was the most sneaky one, because he and Vince Bailey incited people behind the scenes and then pretended to be good guys trying to make peace.
Under cover Paulo protected his goons.
How can unions act like this?
In India maybe because our unions are older and civilized, parent unions will take out guys like this, BAR THEM FROM EVER HOLDING OFFICE AGAIN.
CAW cannot because their Constitution is more primitive. CAW is not really democracy, because if you follow the news you will see that during their successions battles everyone who actually tried for the Presidents job has been removed from the Union.
Our coconut who works for gin-n-tonics and sometimes a lap dance told us that some more heads will roll at head office, what they call National office, for people who dared to believe that CAW is democracy.
In CAW means that dues are taxes to protect the union royalty.
