Some people are asking

Some people are asking why only I am writing this blog if I am from another country, not living in Canada anymore.
Why means because this story is not just about Mr. Heaton also it is about other good people of colour who got destroyed only because they are not white. Many many of them went and relatives of staff got on staff, which is why National Reps are thinking that the blog nepotistan is about the head office.
I am writing also to publicize "Nepotistan" which is the official history of Local 1285 according to the email that Mr. Leon Rideout sent when he was the 1st Vice-President of the Local.
He was trying to affect Mr. Heaton through his coconut, who is now supplying us with information. Others in his Local are now only giving information because they are thinking that I am going to write for them too.
Mr. Leon is now President in the local.
According to Mr. Leons coconut, when Mr. Heaton was taken down in 1999 many prominent people took part. Main thing is now Mr. Heatons enemies are concentrated in two locations.
In head office, what they call National office and now in the Executive Board in the local.
When Mr. Heaton went down, it was easier to get rid of other people of colour and replace them with the one who are called Proxy Racists in Mr. Heatons blogs.
The 1999 takedown was when Mr. Heaton was occupied by many projects and created jealousy among the whites in his local and the National.

National Representative Tom Dattilo led the attack at the head office level. He was in love with the Recording Secretary in Local 1285 and thinking that she liked Mr. Heaton better. Another prominent Rep was Ken Luckhardt, whose patron was Hassan Yussuff. Ken was an anti-apartheid activist who was hired from outside the union on Hassans reccomendation and felt deep loyalty to his sponsor. He also made the fatal mistake of thinking that he could choose the leadership for people of colour and saw M. Heaton as a threat to Hassan Yussuff. He also took part in attacking Mr. Heaton who was at the time making a good name for himself as a Community Based Organizer in the Organizing Dept. Other white staff also felt Mr. Heaton threatened their cushy positions because he was such a high energy worker. He helped organize 2 companies back to back which we are told is a rare happening.
They adopted a union tactic which is called point and shoot offence.
A thin-skinned low esteem rep. like Tom is selected to approach leaders like Mr. Heaton.
When our leaders inevitably offend people like Tom, they point and in comes Mr. Dhaliwal-Human Rights Director- to shoot the career down. Point-n-Shoot!!
This way no one can challenge the union and call racism to anyone.
There is a core in staff union that is deeply racist and their goal is to rid the Union of people like Mr. Heaton.
These people get offended when they meet a person like Mr. Heaton who is not going to stoop and bow down before them, who behave like he is their equal.
They like people of colour who are respectful, quiet, obedient and you can easily see the results of their activism in the union. Their results are Proxy Racists.

At the local level the attack was led by the President and Vice-Presidents and involved so many people that still players are being identified. The Vice-Presidents led the attacks (with Vince Bailey directing them quietly), Leon and his cronies in the Brampton plant would come out and vote against Mr. Heaton.
Mr. Heaton who we are told has a wicked sense of humour, called this practice....Company Crusader Committee comes out to do Jihad on Mr. Heaton.
In US they call KKK, in Canada it must be CCC.

Now, here is the shocking part revealed. What did Mr. Heaton do?

In 1999, Local 1285's 3 trustees had found out that the Recording Secretary spent money on the union credit card that was not legimate expense. They ordered the money to be paid back.
2 of those 3 Trustees were men of colour. There was a firestorm of reaction.
White males in Local 1285 and in the National Staff union went beserk. It is not mattering that these men were just doing their jobs. It is not mattering that the Chief Trustee was a white man.
The only possible outcome open to Local 1285's leadership and to the Staff was to destroy the careers of Mr. Heaton and Mr. Danny Robinson, (the other Trustee).
You would think this happened in the Deep South of the US in the 1920's the reaction was so hateful and extreme. They might as well put on hoods and burn crosses on Mr. Heatons lawn.
Local 1285's leadership went in search of someone, anyone to replace Mr. Robinson and to this day we are told, Mr. Danny Robinson does not believe he lost that election back in 1999.
Most people of colour refused to run against Mr. Robinson, because of the circumstances and what Leon and the boys required, but the committee was determined and soon found their man.
This was when Local 1285 conducted the famous Continuous Election Process. (This year Leon and his friends overturned another vote in the plant when union members refused concessions and held a second vote to give up concessions.)
Leon and his friends got the son of a sitting union leader to run against Mr. Heaton, who won the first vote, but lost the subsequent two. They said 3 people changed their votes that day. Two of them are now Staff Representatives and the third one is on his way there.
Mr. Heaton was on assignment at the National level and the Staff union went to work on him there.
They filed a grievance that also affected many, many good white males and got Mr. Heaton sent back to the plant where he is now. After Mr. Heaton was out of the way, they went back to the old system, where other people got took out full-time to work in the head office. Mr.Leon was the plant chairman then and he and his cronies became very happy with Mr. Heaton back to work. They refused to let Mr. Heaton go again even though Mr. Heaton was requested.
Other plants in the Local were happy to have someone like Mr. Heaton, but the jealous white boys in the Brampton plant were very very happy to destroy Mr. Heatons career with the help of Raj Dhaliwal who was manipulated by Vince Bailey the President of Local 1285.
If you can imagine a Human Rights Director doing something like this you will know that this Union has no regard for human rights.
Everyone is affected whites included.
