Non-Whites and Human Rights

Non-Whites should ignore Union Human Rights departments and committees.
As we expose here on this Blog, these entities are set-up to protect
Union bosses from racism charges.

This Blog exposed and proved that CAW Human Rights department and CAW Human Rights committees are manned by Proxy Racists, who cover-up for whites who do racism.
We proved using Mr. Heatons experiences, that these bodies cover-up racism.
Ask CAW's Human Rights department what they did for Mr. Heaton.
We already published an email by Mike Allen employment equity rep( heh heh heh employment equity heh heh hehe) from Chrysler and proved he covered up racism there.

Anyway, Non-whites should NOT participate in these bodies. Now more and more places are owned by non-whites and are hiring mainly non-whites. Whites who had all power and influence are getting shut out. They are the ones who want to put human rights policies in place today because they know that what went around is coming around.
If non-whites boycott human rights committees and departments today, they can have justice by NOT protecting todays racists tomorrow.
