According to friends who work in Human Rights, this case of Collusion between the very people who are supposed to uphold the Human Rights in this CAW Local is something that can be decided by the company. We hope Mr. Heaton is reading this blog.
Our friends say there is case law that says that Mr. Heaton can bypass the Union and appeal directly to the company.
With all the attention this industry has recieved lately, Companies that condone this sort of blatant and open racism, can see their sales affected.
Indians like myself will take action in our home countries.
Future customers should ask why a company would employ people like Leon and his pals.
Future recruits to CAW should ask if they want to join a Union that openly allows Human Rights Reps to COLLUDE, CONDONE and commit RACISM in plain sight.
