Cutting Executive compensation

Government is saying executives in corporations that got bailouts must do without bonuses.
Now government must also look at what union bosses at same companies are doing.
As for the company, why would they continue to employ union bosses who flagrantly violate the law?
They should compare the resumes,(that is if current office holder even submitted a resume) and make a market based decision, that is in keeping with Canadas Human Rights laws.
