Everybody we speak to says that this guy Mr. Heaton is not a rebel or a troublemaker within his union.
So why would he get screwed for this EFAP job?
Because he is non-white. Simple really. Thats all. He is non-white. Phyllis is white-Therefore she is automatically more qualified than any non-white.
Whites in CAW outrank any non-white regardless of how qualified he/she may be.
