History of this union is that people of colour advance only by proving their loyalty to the Staff union by destroying other people of colour who make the racist core uncomfortable.
Jaspal Brar now has done this.
Expect him to be appointed to the Staff very soon.
Why? They need proven people like Jaspal as a replacement for Raj Dhaliwal, who was very successful in keeping people like Mr. Heaton out and to avoid getting racism charges.
Their staff bureaucracy is largely white so in future when people of colour ask questions, reps like Jaspal can make excuses and redirect rebellion.
