In CAW racism is done very casually. Everyday thing. Like blowing your nose. Very casual.
No-one will notice, complain, or take any action.
In CAW racism is done so often, so casually, so off-handedly
Human Rights office holders will just as casually cover it up.
Human Rights Department will not intervene. Never. Not ever.
Token non-whites at the National office will just as casually
destroy you if you are a non-white who has suffered racism.
You MUST NOT challenge the system. Ever!
You must know your place.
If you suffer racism in this Union, just be happy you have a job.
