Union involvement is different for Whites and Non-Whites

In CAW, Whites get paid to be involved in the Union, but non-whites are expected to volunteer their time or take time off work to be involved in the Union. That is IF they find out about Union events.
Then when Union involvement is called for in bidding for Union jobs, guess who has the advantage?
Can you believe? Car companies/CAW companies actually pay for these Whites to go to demonstrations etc? These people get paid to go golfing, do their own private business during work hours. This is called Union involvement and qualifies these people for cushy Union jobs. Cushy that is, if you are White. If you are non-white, you will be expected to work very, very hard AND volunteer time as well.
Ever wonder cars cost so much?
