THERE ARE NO NON-WHITES IN EFAP POSITIONS IN CAW
EFAP is the last bastion of pure white privilege in CAW. There are no non-white EFAP reps in CAW. None are allowed. Leon Rideout and Terry Browne along with their co-conspirators in the Human Rights positions, namely the Womans Advocate, Employment Equity Rep, the alternate Employment Equity Rep, The Human Rights Chairman and the token non-white on the selection committee all worked together to keep out a fully qualified non-white in order to preserve the whiteness of CAWs EFAP programs.
