In CAW Local 1285, members and their families confidentiality is at risk. The new EFAP rep, a woman, a human rights trained person, colloborated with local racists to keep a qualified non-white from a job he was the most qualified applicant for.
She knowingly violated this mans rights to get the job for herself.
Can anyone trust her now?
EFAP reps are required to practice the most stringent confidentiality. Companies routinely try and fire people who have substance abuse issues and even try and fire their spouses or family members, on grounds that their work maybe affected by what a family member is doing or is involved in.
Seriously! Would YOU trust someone who knowingly colloborated with racists?
