CAW's outright racism

In CAW-If a white person, specially a white woman wants a job that a non-white holds or is a qualified applicant for-She WILL get it. Absolutely! She WILL get it. No questions asked.
Nothing more. Nothing less. She qualifies simply because she is white.
In CAW 1285 all Phyllis Foster had to do was to want the job that Mr. Heaton, a non-white, was fully qualified for.
All Phyllis had to want, was to take out a non-white.
That alone qualified her to get the job.
She did not actually have to be qualified for the job itself.
She did not even have to be an applicant for the job, the first time it was posted.
All she had to do, was to want to displace a fully qualified non-white.
Thats all.
As a white woman in CAW, she has the absolute and undeniable right to the job.
Nobody will even question her appointment, so absolute is her right as a white.
The usual cadre of questioners and screamers that you hear at every Union meeting in CAW Locals, will not even question this appointment.

THATS HOW ABSOLUTE IS THE RIGHT OF
PHYLLIS FOSTER TO TAKE OUT
A FULLY QUALIFIED NON-WHITE.

She did not have to submit a resume, like Mr. Heaton and all the other candidates had to.
In CAW, after Phyllis got the job, the bureaucracy, the leadership, Executive Board members, the committee, the Human Rights Chairman, the Employment Equity Rep. and his Alternate all got to work to defend her absolute right to be appointed to the job.
If Mr. Heaton protests or files a Human Rights complaint, that other bureaucracy, the war machine goes into action
That is how it is in CAW.

DO YOU REALLY WANT TO JOIN THIS UNION?

wawawawaaaa....Union has rules that were violated. If two candidates have equal qualifications and there is a tie between those two-Then seniority is used to break the tie.
If it is just plain seniority, post the job so all can bid!

Hello Brothers,
Has the President of the National Union Brother Ken Lewenza investigated this accusation?
This type of things is happening in other Unions to protect the STATUS QUO and to keep the mass ignorant to the fact.
You should Question John Aman on the Organizing appointment that was made in Manitoba by bypassing this writer, two years no new member, what a Joke.
